By accessing or using TuneSpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

TuneSpot is a global social mobile application that enables users to create, discover, and interact with music-related, location-based social content.
TuneSpot does not stream, host, or play audio recordings. Any music-related information shown in the App consists of metadata provided by users and/or third-party services.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. User Content & Conduct
You are responsible for the content you post, including text, images, locations, and metadata.
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, abusive, or misleading content
- Harass or harm other users
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Create fake or automated accounts
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Location-Based Features
Certain features rely on precise or derived location data. You control what content you share. Do not post sensitive personal location information.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
TuneSpot offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies
We do not store payment card information.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and App content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of TuneSpot. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuneSpot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws for global digital services, without regard to conflict of law principles.
